This model is a little bit noisy and there is some squeak and vibration, but the sound is no worse than what is experienced at a local gym or health club. It takes up approximately the amount of space that a standard health club treadmill would cover, and the deck folds vertically for storage. The features for sound and music are excellent. A person can easily use an iPod or MP3 player, which adds to the quality of the workout for most treadmill enthusiasts. There is an Intermix Acoustics 2.0 Sound System which makes listening to music that much more enjoyable.

The 15 workout apps that were designed by a certified personal trainer gives a diversity of workout and provides a fantastic challenge for anyone who is serious about physical fitness and conditioning. A heart rate monitor is part of the treadmill, and iFit Live Technology provides workouts powered by Google maps, training with Jillian Michaels, and automatic speed and incline controls. A person can tailor a fitness program that suits any objectives including race competition, and results can be uploaded to iFit.com to manage an online profile (iFit Live wireless adapter is sold separately). Inclines and speeds can both be changed automatically.

The treadmill is operated with a 2.25 CHP Mach Z Motor; a self-cooling drive system to extend the life of the motor. The motor has a 25 year life on it and there is a one year warranty for parts and labor. The assembly directions must be followed carefully and it is a good idea to have two people assembling the treadmill, but given the number of accessories included the assembly is not that time-consuming.
This is a tap the button type of physical fitness machinery. Navigation of the workout apps is quick and easy so that exercise can begin without any delays. Scrolling isn’t necessary, so any changes in mid-workout can be done effortlessly without breaking stride. Older users will find this to be a very usable piece of equipment, and there is a ProShock Lite 3 Cushioning that maximizes joint protection for the user.

A person can have a workout that provides the right amount of challenge, is very comfortable, and the treadmill moves smoothly from start to finish of the workout.
